Company operations

The operation of the entire company is based on advanced QAD software. It is a highly developed ERP system, which supports the correct operation of the company at many levels - it allows for supply chain management, supports planning and inventory management, enables the management of technological documentation, supervision of financial documentation and other areas of the manufacturing company. An important advantage of the QAD programme is a highly developed reporting panel - thanks to this, the management and board have a constant possibility to verify and analyse the data contained in the system.

Design and technical consultancy

Computer-aided design systems dedicated to the mechanical engineering industry are used for design and technology work.

Planning and production department

In addition to the company-wide QAD programme, the planning and production department uses the modern software from DSR 4FACTORY - APS 4FACTORY and SFC 4FACTORY.

These are two programmes that support the day-to-day work of the production supervision and planning department.

They enable day-to-day control of the work of production employees, real-time access to the level of implementation of individual stages of production processes, increase the involvement of production employees in the implementation of production duties and allow the best possible use of all production capacities.

Welding

We offer a full range of welding work using TIG, MIG/MAG and laser welding methods.

We hold a welding certificate for structure welding in accordance with PN-EN ISO 3834-2 and a CL-1 certificate in accordance with PN-EN 15085-2 - supervised by TÜV Rheinland.

Welding work is supervised by welders with international IWE certificates.

Welding

In the welding process, we use resistance welding machines, including the Tecna 6103 S5, and we weld workpieces made of carbon steel and stainless steel, as well as workpieces made of non-ferrous metals - aluminium, copper, brass.

Bonding

We also offer bonding work.

We have staff trained for bonding (certificates obtained from the Łukasiewicz Welding Institute).

In the near future, we will be certifying our company for DIN 6701 A3.

The basis for the proper operation of a company is a well-maintained machine park. In our company, we place great emphasis on regular maintenance and overhaul of the machines to ensure the best possible quality of detail work.

The basis of the company's proper operation is adequate resources, tailored to the needs of the organisation and its customers. At Mechanice-Radmor sp. z o.o., a great deal of emphasis is placed on the supervision of the machinery and equipment, which is handled by a special Maintenance unit.

Maintenance is a management discipline that focuses on the maintenance and management of assets, equipment, machinery and infrastructure in an appropriate technical condition to ensure the efficiency, reliability and durability of these assets. Maintenance aims to minimise production downtime, prevent breakdowns, extend the life of equipment and optimise maintenance costs.

The main tasks associated with maintenance are: regular inspection, maintenance and replacement of parts to prevent breakdowns, repairing damaged equipment after breakdowns, effective management of spare parts and materials required for maintenance, ensuring that maintenance staff are properly trained and have the necessary skills, and controlling maintenance costs, including budget management and expenditure planning.
