Tiles

We manufacture faceplates, blanking and masking inserts. The faceplates are manufactured according to EN 60297-3 and DIN 41494, and are equipped with the fasteners necessary for their assembly. It is possible to produce shaped and circular holes in the faceplates, also chamfered and sub-chamfered. The faceplates are manufactured as standard in 3U and 6U heights and widths from 2T (T = 5.08 mm), up to 84T (19"). We also offer a screen-printing service on the faceplates according to the customer's design.
Tiles

We manufacture end plates, blanking plates and masking plates. The faceplates are manufactured in acc. with DIN 60297-3 and DIN 41494 and are equipped with the necessary fittings for assembly. The faceplates can be provided with shaped and round holes, also chamfered and undercut. The inserts are produced as standard in 3U and 6U heights and widths from 2T (T = 5.08 mm), up to 84T (19"). We also offer a screen-printing service on the plates according to the customer's design.

PCK tiles

Construction:
Material - 3 mm aluminium sheet - anodised, chromated or powder coated in RAL colour.

PZ plates

Components:
In the standard version, the blanking plates are made of sheet metal
3 mm thick aluminium sheet, electrochemically anodised

black colour is available,
chromated or powder coated in a colour agreed with the customer according to RAL.

Depending on the customer's order, it is possible to manufacture on the plates

multi-stage).
Blinding plates can also be made of materials other than aluminium sheet, e.g.
other (than aluminium sheet) materials, e.g.: brass, steel sheet, laminated plate.

The tile can be labelled by silk screen printing in black, white or any other colour agreed with the customer. Description designs are made on the basis of
based on supplied drawings. Descriptions are made using the CorelDRAW programme in the full range of dimensions and shapes of digits and
letters. It is also possible to receive from the client ready-made screens or files with description designs (according to CorelDRAW).

PC FACEPLATES
In the standard version, the faceplates are made of 3 mm thick aluminium sheet, electrochemically anodised.
In addition to the standard colour of natural aluminium, the faceplates can also be dyed black, powder-coated in a colour agreed with the customer.
