We use two welding techniques in our company:
Arc welding: This is one of the most common welding methods, which uses a heat source in the form of an electric arc to melt materials and join them together. Arc welding can be divided into several subtypes, such as shielded electrode welding (SMAW), TIG arc welding (GTAW), or MIG/MAG arc welding (GMAW). Each of these sub-types has its own application depending on the type of material and the working conditions.
Laser welding: laser welding uses a very high-intensity laser beam to concentrate heat on the area where the materials are joined. It is a precise and fast method of joining metals.
Welding is a key process in the manufacture and repair of various products in steel structures. The choice of the appropriate welding method depends on the type of material, the thickness of the materials and the specific requirements for the durability and quality of the joint. Welding work is supervised by welders with international IWE certificates.
Our skills are confirmed by two welding certificates: PN-EN ISO 3834-2 and the CL-1 certificate in accordance with PN-EN 15085-2 - supervised by TÜV Rheinland.
