Metal welding

Metal welding is the process of joining two or more pieces of metal into a homogeneous whole by melting or achieving a plastic state of the material at the joint. It is an important metal joining technique used in industry to create permanent connections between metal components. Welding is used in many industries because of its durability and effectiveness. It is used in the manufacture of cars, ships, steel structures, as well as in the electronics and medical industries.

In the welding process, we use resistance welding machines including the Tecna 6103 S5.

Resistance welding: In this technique, materials are joined by passing an electric current through the joints, which causes them to heat up and join. It is similar to spot welding, but using a longer joint area.


We weld workpieces made of steel and stainless steel sheets and workpieces made of non-ferrous metals - aluminium, copper, brass.
