Milling and turning

Milling and turning are two different machining techniques that are used to remove excess material from a workpiece to achieve specific shapes, dimensions or surface finishes.

CNC MILLING CENTRES

Milling is a machining process in which a cutting tool, called a cutter, rotates and moves along the material being machined. The milling process enables flat or shaped surfaces to be machined and grooves, pockets, threads and other details to be made on the material. Milling is often used to machine precision parts and is extremely versatile in the shapes and dimensions that can be achieved.

We work with machines from DMG and AVIA.

CONVENTIONAL AND CNC LATHES

Turning is a machining process in which the workpiece rotates and the cutting tool, is moved along the workpiece. Turning is commonly used to machine shafts, cylinders, circles and other objects with symmetrical shapes. Turning can be used to create cylindrical holes, threads and also to finish surfaces based on the workpiece.
