Information clause - contractors

In accordance with Article 13(1) and (2) of the General Data Protection Regulation of
27 April 2016, we inform you that:

  1. The administrator of your personal data (including personal data of natural persons who are representatives of an entity that is an organisational unit with or without legal personality) is "Mechanika-Radmor" Sp. z o.o., ul. Hutnicza 3, 81-212 Gdynia;
  2. Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of responding to enquiries, processing the order placed, including possible complaints (art. 6 para. 1 lit. b) RODO), for the purpose of fulfilling statutory obligations incumbent on the administrator, resulting in particular from tax and accounting regulations (art. 6(1)(c) RODO), for the purpose of possibly establishing, investigating or defending against claims - the legal basis for the processing is the legitimate interest of the controller (art. 6(1)(f) RODO) to protect our rights.
  3. Your data may be disclosed to competent authorities or third parties who request such information, based on the relevant legal basis from which the legal obligation to provide information arises and in accordance with the provisions of the applicable law. In connection with the execution of an order, your personal data may be disclosed to external entities, including in particular suppliers responsible for the operation of IT systems used in the company, entities such as banks, courier and parcel service providers and related entities - including companies from the capital group to which the administrator belongs.
  4. Your personal data will be stored for the period of execution of the order, including the period of liability for defects, and after this period only if and to the extent required by law. The processing period may be extended if the processing is necessary for the establishment, investigation or defence against possible claims.
  5. You have the right of access to the content of your data and the right to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, the right to data portability, the right to object, the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of consent.
  6. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.
  7. Your provision of personal data is a condition for the fulfilment of your order. You are obliged to provide them, and the consequence of failing to provide personal data will be the refusal to process your order.
  8. Your data will not be profiled.
  9. Your personal data will not be transferred to a third country.
